Choosing where to start
For a new device, start with the board, power and interfaces. For existing equipment, identify whether firmware, a protocol or database integration is needed. For full automation, describe the complete path from a user action to a physical outcome and system record.
Agreeing the scope
An assessment needs the purpose, essential features, peripheral list and installation constraints. We agree responsibilities, milestones, acceptance criteria and deliverables. Work can begin with one module or a feasibility assessment and expand while retaining a coherent architecture.
